Our Vision 

We aim to be the leading independent and responsible developer in the South West, of both residential and commercial property. Proud of our focus on people: our staff, customers, and community are at the heart of everything we do. This ethos drives how, what, and where we build, helping us create great places to live and work.

It is vital that we provide space for individuals to grow both professionally and personally to help grow the business sustainably. Colleagues are encouraged to volunteer to support their communities with a paid charity volunteering day available for all. In addition, as part of their performance objectives we will identify and provide training to achieve their professional objectives.

For Our Community 

Over the last two hundred years Summerfield has been
embedded in the South West community and during this time we have proactively supported many vital local causes. We have created the Summerfield Force for Good that focuses on positive and impactful outcomes for our community and environment.  

For the Environment

Summerfield has pledged to build selected developments as carbon neutral to help create a sustainable future. 

We build highly efficient new homes and are exploring options for more sustainable solutions to benefit the environment and the future occupier
