The 2.63 acre plot of land is part of the employment allocation of the Orchard Grove residential development on the west of Taunton and is located on the A38 frontage, with great visibility from the new roundabout.

Having acquired the land, Summerfield is working up information to engage with Somerset Council planners ahead of securing a reserved matters planning consent.
