South West housebuilder Summerfield Homes has launched a New Year incentive offering prospective homeowners a £2,000 holiday voucher when they reserve a brand-new Summerfield property.
The Taunton based developer has teamed up with local independent travel agent Dave Criddle Travel to support its promotion. The £2,000 contribution is to go towards a holiday booking, whether that is a UK getaway or a trip abroad.
This incentive is available to anyone who reserves a brand-new Summerfield home on one of its current developments which are located across Watchet, Taunton, Middlezoy and Ashill near Ilminster. The homes range from two to four-bedroom properties, including bungalows, and are traditionally built, incorporating the latest energy-saving technology.
