Taunton housebuilder, Summerfield Homes, has released to the market what it believes to be the first new bungalows to be built on a housing development in the town for nearly 10 years.
The three, three-bedroom bungalows are part of the final phase of Summerfield’s development at Killams Park, located on the edge of town. The properties are due for completion in the autumn and will feature a range of modern energy saving features.
Ed Khodabandehloo, Managing Director at Summerfield Homes, said: “We are pleased to include three bungalows in this latest phase of our development at Killams Park and are committed to offering a variety of homes to meet the diverse needs of the community.”
“We understand from local estate agents that these are the first new build bungalows available to buy in this part of Taunton for around a decade.”
Designed with both comfort and sustainability in mind, each home is traditionally built with the latest technology. The bungalows will achieve an A graded energy efficiency rating as well as being complete with solar panels, double glazing, EV charging points, LED lighting, an enclosed rear garden, a garage, and parking, and they are within walking distance of Taunton town centre.
