Westpark 26 is a 40 acre mixed use business park located off junction 26 of the M5 at Chelston, Wellington. Summerfield Developments are constructing two new terraces of industrial/trade counter units, blocks C & D.
Sparking a large amount of interest Block C is already 80% let, welcoming two well-known trade counters, Toolstation and Screwfix, and a third unit which is now Under Offer and in solicitors hands. Block C has one remaining unit available approximately 2,572 sq ft (239 sqm).
Block D is made up of four units of approximately 2,572 sq ft (239 sq m) each – with the opportunity to merge units to meet an occupier’s demands.
The steel frame of Block C is now up and the roofing cladding being added, with the steel frame for Block D due to follow early in October 2021.
