We are proud to announce Summerfield Developments have successfully handed over 28 new homes for rent in Bridgwater to Shal Housing Ltd.
With support by funding from both Homes England, Sedgemoor District Council and EDF Energy, Summerfield have worked extremely hard to re-develop a complex brownfield site at the heart of Bridgwater on Monmouth Street to the usual high quality and sustainable standard, where our Senior Site Manager Clive Linham has just recently been recognised by the NHBC for achieving the highest standards in house building with a Pride in the Job Award in 2020.
