Formerly part of Westlands, this site access bought in conjunction with Brookfield who built homes for Sovereign Housing Association. Our parcel of land overlooks the Westland cricket pitch and a small stream.

Demand in Yeovil was for 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes and we built a scheme to provide this, whilst creating an interesting street scene.

Each property was fitted with a home-net system which allowed for us of computers and entertainment systems to be used throughout the property.
