The site has proved very popular and all the properties are sold. This former garage site and hauliers yard took approximately one and a half years to acquire. The previous owners had alternative business premises to operate from and this land therefore became surplus to their requirements. We cleaned the site and planned a scheme which fitted in with the local area. This included using natural stone and traditional materials that are in keeping with the area.
