Summerfield Developments have agreed terms to develop a new bespoke headquarters office building at Exeter Business Park. The new development will be one of the most significant office developments ever to take place in Exeter, and will provide in the region of 40,000 sq ft of accommodation.

The bespoke building is expected to reach new heights of design and engineering feasibility in providing an environmentally friendly office. Broadway Malyan Architects are currently working on concept drawings for the new offices and construction work is set to begin later this year with completion of the project anticipated by spring 2011.

Phil Wade, Senior Development Surveyor commenting on the deal said, "we are delighted to be working on providing such an outstanding development as a key part of this final phase of Exeter Business Park. The deal signifies the largest single office transaction in Exeter since Summerfield's bespoke development of 40,000 sq ft for Michelmores Solicitors in 2004".
