Summerfield Developments has recently acquired the remaining development land at Exeter Business Park. The park is widely acknowledged as the prime business park for Exeter and the wider Devon area; and has attracted a wide range of occupiers in recent years including the MET office, EDF Energy and Ashfords Solicitors.
The final phase of Exeter Business Park will be developed by Summerfield Developments on a design and build basis to occupiers specific bespoke requirements. The final phase is capable of delivering office accommodation totalling approximately 13,000 sq m (140,000 sq ft) in a range of sizes from 464 sq m (5,000 sq ft) to 9,290 sq m (100,000 sq ft).

Summerfield have just completed the last building at Woodwater Park comprising 30,000 sq ft which has been pre-let to RBS, Francis Clark and Brewin Dolphin. Wade says "having finished on a high at Woodwater Park, Exeter Business Park is a natural progression for us to move onto".
