High levels of occupancy over recent years support this claim but this has led to very few opportunities for new occupiers to join Victoria House. James Holyday of Summerfield Developments, the owners of the building, says "We put a high priority on looking after our customers. Most of our recent lettings have been to existing tenants who have wanted to expand."
