Summerfield Homes are delighted to launch their exciting Compass Point Development in Compass Hill, which is just a short walk from the town centre. The development of 22 affordable apartments should be completed by early 2009 and prices have been set to reflect the economic situation recently experienced by us all, with prices ranging from £97,500 to £112,500.

Simon Cutler, Director of Invest Southwest Independent Financial Advisers in Taunton commented that recent research unveiled over 200 mortgage schemes available for borrowers who could raise a 10% deposit and even a couple of 95% mortgages for certain first time buyers.’
