Ashfords’ new office building at Summerfield’s Blackbrook Business Park takes shape.

Ashfords Solicitors are gearing up to move into their new purpose built offices on the prestigious Blackbrook Business Park at Taunton. The regional company will be leaving their current premises in St James Street in the Spring when their Taunton based team will move into a bespoke 12,000 sq ft office near the motorway.

Managing Partner Tony Mason said:" We have been very impressed by Summerfield's professionalism throughout this project and are grateful to them for the assistance they have given with the many decisions we have had to make in relation to design, construction and fit out of the building.

"The new office will provide us with up to date facilities for our specialist legal teams while the proximity to the motorway and a large car park will make us much more accessible to our clients across the region." Summerfield Developments has already provided 350,000 sq ft of office accommodation at Blackbrook for national as well as regional and local companies. Only one site is now left to be developed.

Nigel Hounslow, Commercial Director of Summerfield said:" We have not rushed our development of Blackbrook, Taunton's best known office park. Growth has been steady and consistent over several years, giving the town high quality employers and services."
