New Appointment

Phil Wade has joined Summerfield Developments as Senior Development Surveyor to boost the team in delivering Summerfield's current development pipeline of over 1 million sq ft of commercial accommodation in the south west, in addition to looking for new opportunities.
Wade joins with a large wealth of knowledge and experience from DTZ where he was a Director in the industrial agency and development team. Wade has worked in the south west for over a decade during which time he has advised on some of the largest transactions and most prestigious schemes in the region.
Commenting on the move, Phil said "I am delighted to join Summerfield during such a busy time for the team, with so many exciting projects ongoing and an increasing number of new opportunities being presented".
