The award is for a development by Summerfield of 16 two-bedroom apartments and two penthouses on cliffs with stunning coastal views of Teignmouth.
The fact that Summerfield has earned one of these coveted awards is proof that the company can not only compete but also triumph within the highly competitive UK property arena.
Having been given this high recommendation by its peers, the company will be entitled to display the Daily Mail UK Property Awards logo.
Entries were judged by a panel of professionals chaired by Eric Pickles, Shadow Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government. Judges included Imtiaz Farookhi, chief executive of the National House Building Council, Peter Bolton King, chief executive of the National Association of Estate Agents, and Phil Spencer, property expert and presenter of Channel 4's Location and Relocation shows.
Richard Nicol, Summerfield's Residential Director, said the West Country developers based in South Street, Taunton, were "delighted" to have won an award for Burwood Place. Mr Nicol said the luxury development had been built to very high specifications.
"These properties have outstanding views and offer luxury accommodation with easy maintenance, ideal for those who want to enjoy life."
