Lakeside House, Blackbrook

Lakeside House is the latest building on the Blackbrook Office Park, Taunton to be handed over to the Summerfield Developments, developers of the prestigious M5 site.
Main Contractor Midas Construction completed the design and build in seven months.

Lakeside House is 9,000 sq. ft over two floors and will be occupied by Peter Brett Associates, moving from The Crescent, Taunton, and the RBS Corporate Division. The building is the tenth in the second phase of the Blackbrook Park which is also going to be the site for the new regional fire HQ for the West Country.
