Summerfield Invests in Bristol
Summerfield Developments has acquired 4 office buildings at Vantage Office Park in North Bristol; let to a variety of tenants including South Gloucestershire Council, Marigold Industries, and Vinci Construction.
The buildings constructed approximately 6 years ago, total 17,567sq ft of high quality accommodation. Currently there is just one first floor office suite available of 2,001 sq ft with 6 car parking spaces, and joint agents Hartnell Taylor Cook and King Sturge have been instructed to market the vacant suite.
