Bridgwater - Durleigh Rd - Near to TA6 7HX

In advance of a planning application Summerfield Developments are currently undertaking consultation for a site that forms part of a larger area of potential development south of Durleigh Road, Bridgwater.

The residential development land in question was identified in the Bridgwater Vision and also the Draft Core Strategy for the future development of Bridgwater, and formed part of a larger and more comprehensive delivery of residential development and the Meads “eco park” which can potentially offer open space, recreational facilities and a nature/eco-park, along with an improved footpath and cycle path network.
