Work is progressing well on site where we are building one 4 bedroom detached house and five 3 bedroom houses. All the houses have been designed to be in keeping with the local area with a mix of stone and rendered elevations. (Please see images in the photo gallery). We have designed the 3 bedroom houses to be a bit larger than some new houses offering 2 good sized bedrooms, kitchen/dining, living room and cloakroom. The master bedroom will have an en-suite. The four bedroom detached house has already been sold.
On site we also have 2, 3 and 4 bedroom barn conversions, and work has just started on these.
We already have a reservation on the 2 bedroom barn.
All properties have a garage or carport and we are including our ‘environmental twist’ with solar collectors helping with the hot water bills, log burners and composters as standard.
The first of the 3 bedroom houses has been completed and we already have reservations on Plots 5 and 6.
We have a new show home open on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays & Mondays 11.00am – 5.00pm. Jane Coleman, our Sales Adviser, will be available to answer any questions you may have.
