As far as we are aware, we offer a unique solution for those who wish to get on to the housing ladder.
We have built 2 schemes of houses where we have been able to sell the properties at a much reduced figure compared to the open market value. The idea is based upon providing affordable homes for local people.

To be able to purchase such a property you need to be able to show that you are ‘local’ (lived in the area for a certain time), earn a certain amount and be able to get a mortgage. Due to the uniqueness of these properties, the lenders often need to have 10 – 20% deposits.
