Uses
Planning approval was granted for the proposed scheme at Westpark 26 in April 2006, subject to conditions. These include general and light industrial together with distribution buildings with a hotel, public house, trade counters, car showrooms, veterinary clinic, starter units, workshops and offices. The majority of the buildings will have B1, B2 and B8 use classes as with Chelston Phase 1 & 2 - also developed by Summerfield Developments. Other use classes could also be considered on the site and would need to be subject to a separate planning application.
Planning / Construction
Planning approval was granted for the proposed scheme at Westpark 26 in April 2006. The business park will start with the infrastructure (roads, drainage etc), which will be followed by phased development of buildings on the site. Design and Build projects can be worked into the initial phases of construction. Occupiers are encouraged to make an early approach for Design and Build schemes, to achieve their optimum building.
