Over the years Summerfield has worked with various retailers to ensure the successful delivery of new retail developments and refurbishment of prime high street units in high footfall locations.
Developments have included a number of neighbourhood shopping centres, motor trade dealerships and retail zones in larger business parks.
The Skylark public house at Westpark, Wellington, completed in 2010, has proved popular with workers and residents from the surrounding areas. A new 60-bed hotel is also planned on site to serve the leisure industry and business visitors.
We are currently working on bringing forward new properties for this sector and will consider alternative uses on our portfolio of existing business parks and properties – even if they have planning consent of other uses.
