About Summerfield Developments

HISTORY
Summerfield is a South West based property company born from a traditional family construction firm which has been active in the area since 1823.

The name ‘Summerfield’ being the middle name of William Stansell the first Chairman of the group.   This was the vehicle through which the group branched out into property development. 

Today the Summerfield Group is involved in both commercial and residential development throughout the South West of England and has built a large portfolio of both residential and commercial developments across the region.
